If you phone or email us, we keep a record of the conversation details needed to quote for and carry out the work.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• To arrange, carry out and follow up on the work you book
• To keep records we are required to keep by law

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

We only share information with service providers who help us run the business (for example, email and website hosting), or where the law requires it.
